How does HCG Tablets® work?
Thanks to the unique composition of the HCG Tablets®, the appetite is suppressed and the fat burning increases, which, in combination with the special HCG diet, results in spectacular weight loss results in just 23 days!
HCG Tablets® is a strong detoxifying cure of 23 days whereby women lose about 8-10% of their body weight and men approximately 10-12%.
Through the combination of the HCG Tablets® and a special 500 calorie diet, the fat clusters that are responsible for the overweight are taken care of (think for example of fat clusters on the hips, bottom, thighs and upper arms). The structural fat, the
fat that is inside the muscles and protects the organs is not dissolved. Hereby you lose weight faster and more efficiently.
How does the HCG Tablets® diet work?
During 23 days you take in 1 HCG tablet per day and follow the special HCG 500 calorie diet. The diet is strict and would not be doable without the HCG tablets. However, the HCG tablets decrease the appetite and make sure you feel well enough and have enough energy.
Using the HCG Tablets®
- Take 1 HCG tablet per day, with water, preferably in the morning.
- Drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
- Take 1 vitamin B12 tablet per day, with water, after a meal.
For whom are the HCG Tablets® meant for?
The HCG Tablets® cure is suitable for men and women, who want to lose weight fast but in a responsible way, thereby will avoid the well-known yo-yo effect and purify their body at the same time.
Personal care
During the HCG Tablets® cure, don’t use any skincare products containing fat or oil. Avoid greasy cosmetics. Greasy creams can be replaced by a gel or serum. Preferably, do not use conditioner. If you insist on using it, make sure it is only applied to the tips of the hair.
Allowed are: Aloe Vera gel, Vaseline, Shampoo (except cream shampoo), Lipstick, mascara, eyeliner and powder make-up.
Difficulties during the cure
Headache
It is possible that you experience headaches during the first days of the diet. This is not caused by the HCG Tablets® but by the sudden adjustment to your eating pattern, whereby a lot of waste products are released. Make sure you drink enough and if necessary you can use a painkiller.
Problems with the defecation
During the HCG Tablets® cure it is pretty normal that your defecation changes. However, if you experience it to be bothersome it is possible to choose a light (biological) laxative. Drink enough so your body can drain all waste products.
Weight loss
During the cure it can happen that you don’t or hardly lose any weight during a few days. Especially when you have lost a lot of weight in the days before this is nothing to worry about.
Fatigue
At the end of the HCG Tablets® cure a lot of fat has been drained and physical activity can take more effort. This is because the muscles have to work harder and this will disappear after the HCG Tablets® cure. In case you feel very faint, take an apple, breadstick, stock or choose one of the vegetables you can eat unlimitedly: slices of cucumber or radish, pieces of cauliflower, paprika, celery and tomatoes.
Medicine use
Medicines that are prescribed to you by a doctor can be used during the HCG Tablets® cure. The medication of diabetes patients will probably have to be adjusted during the diet because of the HCG Tablets® diet. Consult your doctor about this.
Side effects
For this product, no side effects are known. Do not use this product during pregnancy.
A second HCG Tablets® cure
A second HCG Tablets® cure can be followed immediately after the first HCG Tablets® cure to increase the weight loss result. You can also stabilize for 3 to 6 weeks first and then decide to follow a second HCG Tablets® cure.
If after 2 cures you wish to follow a third cure you will have to stabilize for 6 weeks first. Repeating the HCG Tablets® cure often results in a more satisfying result than the first cure, partially because one already has experienced how it feels to be in the middle of an HCG Tablets® cure.
Store the remaining tablets in a dark, cool place, out of the reach of children.
